All items are handmade with love, time, and dedication. The current processing time is 2.5  weeks, please make sure your order is correct before payment. Please allow up to 3-5  days for shipping USPS first class after processing. Anything over 1lb will come priority mail. I am not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disasters, or USPS. No cancellations after 24 hours. Make sure to verify the correct shipping address. Items marked RTS are ready to ship and will be mailed out the next business day at USPS.

Returns: 

Nappy Bunz does not take back used merchandise. If there is an error with your order, please notify Nappy Bunz by email at nappbunz.contact@gmail.com or fill out the form on the Contact page. If there is a manufacturing defect, please make sure to contact us within seven days of receiving the merchandise so the matter can be taken care of in a timely fashion. Please be available to print a return shipping label of the unused/unwashed merchandise so the item can be replaced. Items will not be replaced if not notified of any discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the item/items.
